The Value of our Technicians and 24 Hour Support
The mother of one of our pediatric patients called in and wanted to express her appreciation and gratefulness for our on-call technician. She had call the on-call phone number the night before, very late, and he responded to her call promptly and courteously. When it was determined that the pump needed to be replaced, this technician arrived at her house fast. After replacing the pump, she was able to continue the night feeds with no problem. She was very thankful for our service and technician’s willingness to help them.
